Important: The AEGIS browser extension captures user prompts and AI responses from supported AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini) for the purpose of creating cryptographic proofs of intellectual property.

Your Data is Encrypted: All captured data is immediately encrypted using industry-standard SHA-256 hashing and RSA-2048 digital signatures. This encrypted data is stored locally under your control and in your designated secure vault.

We do not have access to the plaintext content of your AI conversations. The cryptographic process creates one-way hashes that prove the existence and timing of content without revealing the content itself.

3. Data Storage and Control

Your encrypted data and cryptographic proofs are stored in your personal namespace within the AEGIS TruthVault. You maintain full control over your data, including the ability to:

• View your minted DNA records and cryptographic seals
• Export your cryptographic proofs for legal or archival purposes
• Delete your data from our systems

4. Third-Party Services

AEGIS may integrate with third-party services for payment processing (Stripe) and optional blockchain anchoring. These services have their own privacy policies and data handling practices.

5. Data Security

We implement quantum-ready cryptographic standards, including NIST PQC-compliant algorithms (Kyber-1024/Dilithium), to ensure your data remains secure against current and future threats.
